These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.revetaplante.fr and purchases made via our platform.

🛍️ 1. Products & availability

The products offered are described with care. The photos are not contractual but accurately reflect the plant-based world of the shop.
Availability is indicated on each product page. In case of unavailability, we will inform you promptly.

💳 2. Price & Payment

• Prices are displayed in euros including VAT (all taxes included).
• Payment is made via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.)
• No hidden fees: delivery costs are shown before confirmation

🚚 3. Delivery

• Shipping within 3 to 5 business days
• Delivery in mainland France and several European countries

🔁 4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt.
The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 5. Right of withdrawal — exception for live plants

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, including live plants.
Our plants are sensitive beings 🌱: their condition can change rapidly depending on transport, temperature, and environment. Therefore, to guarantee their well-being and avoid any unnecessary stress, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products.

If your plant arrives damaged or if you notice an error in your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@revetaplante.fr . We always do our best to find a kind and appropriate solution for every situation 💚

🛡️ 7. Guarantees

Our live plants benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

📦 8. Responsibility

Rêve Ta Plante cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• Improper use of products
• Due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.)

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
