🌱 Can I turn a plant over?

No. Plants are living and perishable products, therefore they cannot be returned. If you have any problems upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours.

📸 What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?

Send it to us within 48 hours:

  • a photo of the plant,
  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the problem.

🪴 Which products can be returned?

Only non-living products (pots, accessories, decorations, etc.) can be returned within 14 days if they are:

  • new,
  • not used
  • in their original packaging.

🚚 Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package must be sent with a tracking number .

💸 When will I be reimbursed?

After receiving and verifying the return, the refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

🎁 Are gift cards refundable?

No. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

🌿 My plant is dying after a few days, what should I do?

If it was received in good condition, this falls under the category of maintenance. However, we remain available to advise you!

⏳ What are the delivery times?

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days , depending on the destination.

📦 How is my plant packaged?

We use specially designed packaging to protect the plant and keep it stable throughout transport.

🔍 Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it in real time.

📬 My parcel is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution.
