Before traveling, it is observed, hydrated, protected… then entrusted to a reliable transporter.
We have designed a shipping ritual that combines care, transparency and security , so that every plant arrives at your home in perfect condition.

We work with two types of collections, each with its own shipping method:

🌿 Nursery Selection

Shipped directly from our specialist partner producers in the Netherlands.

🍃 Artisanal Selection

Prepared and shipped from our workshop in Vendôme.
→ Manual and protective packaging
→ Hydration before departure
→ Full tracking

If your basket contains both selections, you will receive two packages.
Shipping charges apply to each shipment.

📦 How do your plants travel?

Before their departure, each plant is observed, hydrated if necessary, then carefully protected to withstand the journey.
We use packaging designed to limit movement, absorb shocks and preserve moisture.

What we are putting in place for safe transport:

• Shock protection adapted to the size and fragility of the plant
• Gentle fastening to prevent the pot from moving during transport
• Hydration before shipping when the variety requires it
• Protective packaging designed to keep the plant stable and secure

🚚 Delivery times & tracking

• Preparation : 1 to 2 business days depending on the selection
• Delivery : varies depending on the country (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal)
• Tracking : A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is shipped.
• Notifications : you are informed at each step
