🌿 What the warranty does not cover

❧ Watering or exposure errors

A plant that is overwatered, forgotten or placed in an unsuitable environment is not covered by the guarantee.
But we're still here to advise you.

❧ Sensitive plants moved too often

Some varieties require a period of adaptation. Repeated changes in environment can disturb them.

❧ Damage after installation

Falls, animals, cold drafts, direct exposure to the scorching sun…
These situations are not covered, but we help you understand how to prevent this from happening again.
